List what you share
Photograph everything, name it, propose a value. Then invite the other person — either of you can add to the list, and you both see the same one.

Pass it back and forth
Propose who takes what, and at what value. The other person counters in the list, in their own time — no meeting, no argument. The totals update as you go.

Print the schedule
Where you agree, it's settled. Where you don't, it says so plainly — and does the arithmetic.
What comes out
One document, dated and versioned. Take it to a mediator, an attorney, or the kitchen table.
